After-Care Instructions
To ensure the best results, please follow aftercare instructions:
For the first 24 hours:
- Avoid saunas or hot showers
- Avoid working out
- Avoid makeup
For two weeks:
- Avoid facials and massages
- Avoid sucking on anything
- Apply Arnica and Aquaphor if swelling occurs; ice and Benadryl can be administered and applied to treatment areas. If pain occurs, a non-NSAID can be administered
